36 cu ft refrig/freezer combo

Customer service person was informative. Delivery was quick but there was a tear in the cardboard surrounding the unit which revealed a small dent in the door front. After emailing customer service we negotiated a small credit instead of a replacement door, which was immediately credited to my charge card. Unit seems to be operating fine but temperature does fluctuate often from preset value. Will continue to watch and call if this becomes a problem. Not sure if it would make a difference if the unit was full of food. This is the reason for my rating
