Problems from the start.

First there was a problem with the controller. They did fix that. Then last year in August 2025 it froze up inside. and then got extremely hot trying to defrost. All we were told was to turn off and let defrost. Now in May 2026 we have the same problem but since it is 2 years old in February 2026 we are told tough luck it's out of warranty. They should have done something to fix refrigerator in August when it was under warranty. I have an email stating that condensation and freezing is normal. No it's not. My refrigerator is not reliable. Linda K Dennis
